Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours’ notice is not provided, your account may be charged.

Missed appointment fees are billed as follows:

• 1st Missed Appointment – $50.00
• 2nd Missed Appointment – $75.00
• 3rd Missed Appointment – $100.00

These fees reflect the time specifically reserved for your care and help us remain available to other patients in need of urgent treatment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a reliable schedule for the entire community.
